2027 will mark three years since the opening of Dr. Fischer, MD. To date, we’ve never raised our membership rates.
However, as you are no doubt aware, the cost of running a medical practice and the cost of living have both increased substantially during that time. Everything from the price of malpractice insurance to the price of gas and groceries have gone up. As a result we are, with regret, announcing the first rate increase in our history.
Effective January 1, 2027, our rates will be:
Age 40 and under – $225 per month
Age 41 and up – $250 per month
Note that this marks an increase of $25 per member per month from the current rate.
Nothing else about the practice will be changing, and we will continue to offer the following discounts:
Couples Rate – $50 discount as compared to signing up separately:
$450 per month if over 41
$400 per month if younger
3% off for pre-paying six months at a time
5% discount for pre-paying for the year
If you are a current patient, you do not need to take any particular action. The new rate will be automatically applied to the first bill you have due after January 1.
